1 Su bardağı şeker

1Su bardağı süt

1 Su bardağı dövülmüş ceviz

2 Bucuk su bardağı un

1 Paket vanilya

1 Paket kabartma tozu

Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ

3 Yumurta

2 Tatlı kaşığı tarcın

       Yapılışı

Yumurtaları ve şekeri bir kap içine koyup tel ile yada mikserle bir,iki defa cırpın.Sonra bütün malzemeleri koyup iyice karıştırın.Kek kalıbını yağlayıp unlayın karışımı kalıba dökün.orta hararetteki fırında,kabarıncaya kadar pişirin.fırından cıkarın soğuduktan sonra servıs yapın
